Growing grapes remain traditional,
with vegetal invation one row over two.
A Guyot pruning, suckering and manual stripping, a
fertilization and reasoned pest management.
Grape gatherings are carried out manually
or mechanically depending on the product developed.
The Wine Storehouses have been renovated
and upgraded regularly since 1980.
They are now equipped with a
pneumatic press, stainless steel tanks, a system
for controlling temperature and barrels. Such
equipment allows to control fermentation,
aging and highlights the wealth
of the raw material.
The efforts are continuing
to optimize the quality of wines up to the
bottling and to highlight it through a modern
presentation. The latter is very important since
the sale to individuals, wine merchants, restaurants, supermarkets
and exports represents about 75% of
the production.
